Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field. Advanced degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role involving process improvement and data analysis. Experience in management consulting or related fields is a plus

Strategic Operations & Scalability: Process Excellence: Continuously audit and improve coaching workflows and patient care delivery model to drive operational excellence
Scaling Strategy: Develop strategies to scale operations, anticipating growth needs and optimizing processes for larger patient volumes, including collaborating with the Product team on automation and workflow improvements
Pilot & Experiment: Design and lead operational experiments. Define success metrics, run pilots, and build the "playbook" to scale successful initiatives
Cross-Functional Bridge: Lead initiatives across Data Science, Product, and Finance to ensure our coaching services are both clinically effective and financially sustainable
Data Analysis & Insights: Performance Metrics: Conduct advanced analysis to define and track KPIs such as coach performance, patient outcomes, and patient retention
Data Visibility: Shape & build dashboards to empower stakeholders to make strategic, data-driven decisions
