Job Description:

Business Operations Specialist role in HPE Juniper Network Products and Advance Technology (NPAT) organization responsible for PLM and Engineering Ops for HPE Juniper offerings. The role partners with Product Line Management, Engineering, Sales, Global Services, and cross-functional Operations and Finance teams to drive product data excellence, operational readiness, and customer experience using AI and automation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead daily production support and integration initiatives across product lifecycle management
  • Drive product data excellence, operational readiness, and customer experience
  • Enhance Customer Experience by identifying friction points and implementing product and process improvements
  • Product Data Intelligence by analyzing product data streams to recommend changes aligned with business goals
  • IT & Data Governance Collaboration by leading weekly reviews with IT and Product Data Control
  • Master Data Stewardship to ensure product master data is accurate, complete, and consistent
  • Integration & Change Readiness by coordinating cross-functional readiness for new product launches
  • Root Cause Analysis & Issue Triage by leading resolution of production issues

Requirements:

  • Strong product master (sku for hardware, software, services data analysis skills and analytical insight
  • 5+ years' experience in program management and product management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Agile PLM, PTC Windchill and SAP/ERM a must
  • Quick learner of product management processes and enterprise systems
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator and problem solver
