The Business Operations Specialist [BOS] serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Marketing and Communications Office. The role provides critical support to the Marketing and Communications team and undertakes administrative functions to ensure that the operational and office management are carried out effectively and efficiently. The position holder is responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments within the division. There are 4 departments within DMC office, Marketing & Branding, Public Relations and Communications, Outreach and Operations and Analytics. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the division. An integral part of this position is to carryout research that support student recruitment drive for the University. The incumbent will report to the Business Manager, a post which assists the Director of Marketing and Communications and provides support to accomplishing the financial, administrative and technical tasks in relation to the marketing and communications function of the office.

Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a relevant field
3 years of experience supporting executives, preferably in the higher education or marketing and communications industry
