Job Description

We are looking for a Business Operations Program Manager– Global Growth & Revenue Optimization (GGRO) to own the operations and execution of pricing actions, product launches, and region launches across Azure's infrastructure portfolio. This is a high-impact, execution-oriented role at the center of how Azure gets products and pricing to market. You will be the person who turns strategy into commerce reality—driving monthly meter launch, ensuring pricing implementation accuracy, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and continuously improving the operational engine that underpins GGRO's work.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end execution of pricing actions across Azure infrastructure
  • Drive the operational lifecycle for new product launches and regional expansions
  • Serve as the operational connective tissue between Business Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Control meter launch quality to drive meter price accuracy
  • Track operational performance metrics and surface actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in business planning, operations management, pricing/monetization, program management, finance, consulting OR equivalent experience.

  • Own the end-to-end execution of pricing actions across Azure infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking), including price changes, new SKU pricing, regional pricing, and competitive adjustments. Ensure pricing is validated, accurately reflected in commerce systems, and launched on schedule.
  • Drive the operational lifecycle for new product launches and regional expansions—from scoping through meter minting, change request (CR) execution, triage, and post-launch validation. Coordinate across cross functional teams, and engineering systems to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the operational connective tissue between Business Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams. Manage dependencies, escalate blockers, and keep launches moving through a complex, matrixed environment.
