Business Operations Planning Lead - EMEA. Responsible for EMEA Telco Solution P&L Analysis, Forecasting Process , Month-End & Quarter-End​ follow ups and Integrity & Compliance (monitor and report inputs).

Job Responsibility:

  • P&L Analysis: Prepare & publish data analysis
  • Provide interpretation and guidance to GTM and Delivery Leaders
  • Drive / support Transformation & Change Initiatives
  • Forecasting: Run forecast process and submit output
  • Enable Business Leaders to review forecast
  • Provide summary of movements, risks & opportunities
  • Provide interpretation & recommended actions
  • Interlock with Finance
  • Month-End & Quarter-End: Perform reconciliation of Forecast vs Actuals
  • Perform root cause analysis, identify & address drivers of variance
  • follow-up with GTM, Delivery & Finance on pending deals
  • provide inputs during the “Daily Follow-Up” process
  • Integrity & Compliance: Monitor & report adherence to procedures for input collection
  • Monitor & report need for adjustments to Inputs
  • Engage Assurance team to address with input providers
  • Engage directly Sales Ops, Finance and Delivery, to remediate

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Fluency in English

  • Business planning experience: P&L Management and Budget Process
