Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain SOPs and internal processes
Manage AP/AR and operational workflows
Coordinate employee and client onboarding/offboarding
Handle inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline
Conduct discovery calls and present service offerings
Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records
Support executive scheduling, logistics, and event coordination
Requirements
3–5 years in business operations, project management, or corporate administration
2+ years in B2B sales development, account management, or consultative sales
Experience creating and improving SOPs
Strong HubSpot CRM skills (Nice to Have)
