Job Description:

Nautilus is seeking a Business Operations Manager to develop, implement, and run business operations in an ambitious and highly technical research and advanced manufacturing company. The role includes responsibilities for procurement, business facilities, events, and human resources. This position requires US Citizenship.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience with two or more of the above responsibilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient using data to assess and communicate options to leadership
  • Excellent organizational, project coordination, and documentation abilities
