As a Business Operations Manager working on the Sales Operations team in New York City, you will develop processes to drive efficiencies across the Enterprise organization to support the day-to-day of the Account Management teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, strategize and manage the development and rollout of Account Management processes, tools, knowledge and skills
Evaluate existing Sales operations technology platforms and determine optimal tools for overall success, reporting and KPIs
Ensure systems are in place and are utilized to capture and report on Account Management KPIs – including developing reports, processes and integration roadmaps for various systems, and ongoing data integrity in the CRM system
Manage and collaborate cross-functional projects from inception to completion, focusing on improving productivity and simplifying processes for the salesorg
Collect feedback and conduct analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement. Translating these insights into actionable recommendations, and technical requirements
Influence and collaborate with key internal stakeholders across a matrix organization to ensure buy-in and successful project execution
Communicate effectively across the organization by developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, providing regular updates to diverse stakeholder groups to ensure clarity and alignment
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, business consulting or a similar role
Strong working knowledge of and hands-on experience with CRM softwares (Salesforce), MS Excel (or Google Sheets), and Business Intelligence tools, (e.g., QlikSense)
Ability to understand Account Management strategies, translate business input into technical requirement, and ensure successful GTM with a business impact
Demonstrable project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives, Including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
Experience with data analysis and making and making sound business recommendations to management based on the strategic objectives
Understanding of tech landscape and advertising world, digital media revenue ecosystem
Highly motivated, work autonomously, proactive, strong team player, but still a self-starter with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
