Job Description

We're hiring a Business Operations & Insights Lead who will partner closely with senior leaders to turn strategy into action. This role blends business operations and data insights—connecting priorities, performance, and problem solving—so leaders can make confident, data‑informed decisions. You’ll lead the operating rhythm for the organization, run critical business reviews, and bring clarity to complex questions through sharp analysis and clear storytelling. While this an individual contributor role, you will manage some of the organization’s most important programs, initiatives, and decision forums.

Job Responsibility

  • Own business reviews, planning cadences, leadership readouts, and operational communications
  • Partner with leadership to ensure strategy execution, operational alignment, and follow-through on priorities and commitments
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking while highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Drive operational initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, dashboards, and business health metrics
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, drivers, and root causes of business performance
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Establish consistent data definitions and ensure accuracy and integrity across reporting
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing operational clarity and data-driven guidance
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, strategy, program management, product, and sales teams
  • Influence without authority by structuring problems, framing trade-offs, and facilitating decisions
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in existing processes and lead improvement initiatives
  • Document and standardize operational processes to enable scale and repeatability
  • Support change management for new processes, tools, and operating models

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally in large, highly matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with data tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to drive clarity from ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work through complex, ambiguous problems using structured, first‑principles approaches
  • Effective business and financial acumen, with experience supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Effective executive communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, compelling narratives
  • History of building trust with senior leaders through accurate reporting, sound judgment, and data‑driven guidance
