Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Executive to support the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation. This is a varied role combining business administration, operational coordination, and Personal Assistant support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient business processes, managing priorities, and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator, operations coordinator, executive assistant, or PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business
  • Coordinate operational activities and support business projects
  • Maintain accurate company records, systems, and databases
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and company records

  • Provide dedicated diary management for senior leaders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, executive assistant, PA, or business support role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
