We are now looking for a Business Operation Controller to have a crucial role in supporting our Studio. For this role Spanish and Catalan is mandatory. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review Studio annual budget (AOP)
  • Manage monthly intercompany charges, including cost-plus calculations
  • Review monthly financial internals reports and year-end figures from HQ, comparing them to AOP
  • Review data entries and reporting in Oracle, ensuring alignment with AOP
  • Update and monitor monthly forecasts for OPEX and CAPEX
  • Support and/or supervise studio purchasing processes
  • Prepare documentation for R&D incentives
  • Manage local cash flow in coordination with Activision Treasury team
  • Support Activision and Microsoft shared services (tax, treasury, finance,..)

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of experience in audit (Big Four or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (IAS/IFRS and US GAAP)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
  • Spanish and Catalan is mandatory

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle
  • Background in controlling roles
