Job Description

Business Operations Associate for Documentation role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services to company policy and country regulatory requirements. Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Technical process document editing and creation
  • Support the engineering team in drafting, formatting, and maintaining process documentation
  • PO process for new equipment
  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management
  • Business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services
  • Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Typically 2-4 years of experience in business operations or supply chain function
  • Strong knowledge of Master Control (Document Control) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal skills
