Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and serve as a courteous first point of contact for clients, creating a positive and helpful office experience
Answer incoming calls and email inquiries, route messages appropriately, and provide timely responses to routine questions
Perform a range of clerical and administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and general office coordination
Scan, organize, and maintain digital and paper records to support accurate and accessible document management
Assist with accounts payable activities by reviewing invoices, tracking submissions, and supporting payment processing tasks
Enter, update, and maintain office data with a high level of accuracy to ensure reliable records and reporting
Support client-facing communications with a friendly, outgoing approach that reflects the organization's service standards
Use office technology and business software effectively to complete daily assignments and keep workflows moving smoothly.
Requirements:
Prior experience in an office support, receptionist, or administrative assistant role
Hands-on exposure to accounts payable processes and related recordkeeping
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Comfortable using office technology, email systems, scanning equipment, and general business software
Ability to manage data accurately and maintain organized files and documentation
