Tesla Government Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and organized generalist to support our administration and business development teams in their work to deliver an outstanding employee experience and grow our business. This role will serve as a critical capacity expander for multiple Tesla Government teams and requires a strong desire to pitch in on a diverse range of tasks. The ideal candidate will be an organized and tenacious problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills who is comfortable with ambiguity and a strong desire to get things done.
Job Responsibility:
Support planning and execution of company meetings, events, and trainings
Assist with development and updates to SOPs, company policies, and the Employee Handbook
Assist with the hiring and onboarding process, including preparing and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, and preparing offer letters and onboarding materials
Lead efforts to automate and streamline administrative and compliance tasks throughout the company and to centralize key information in our proprietary knowledge management system
Assist with administrative aspects of the performance review process, including tracking completion and maintaining documentation
Assist with maintaining personnel records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
Support Tesla Government’s benefits program by researching and evaluating new benefits offerings and assisting with the implementation and compliance process for new and current benefits offerings
Manage routine finance tasks to ensure a prompt and accurate accounts payables process and prompt monthly reporting
Administer key aspects of our accounting system, including setting up new hires, maintaining personnel records, and establishing new charge codes and expense codes
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Assist in building and maturing the capture management lifecycle, including identifying and tracking new opportunities
Organize business development materials and administer CRM tools to ensure data integrity, and pipeline accuracy
Conduct market research on competitors, agency spending habits, and industry trends and contribute to RFI and RFP responses
Support a digital marketing strategy including managing the company website and driving social media engagement and designing marketing materials
Assist with documenting BD workflows and standard operating procedures
Facilitate internal meetings, and coordinate external events and client-facing presentations to promote Tesla Government
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability and desire to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
US Citizen
Eligible for a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice to have:
Experience with timekeeping
Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, or vendor management
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
