As a Program Manager at Zuora, you will be a key player in leading and managing our strategic IT initiatives. A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic program management leadership, operations and value realization
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment
Knowledge in Reach to Retention, Order to Revenue, Digital Workplace functional and technology landscape
Deep knowledge in understanding, application and operationalization of OKRs processes, framework and best practices to meet the organization’s strategic goals, objectives and outcomes
Mastery in defining and executing change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions during technology adoptions
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Expertise in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and selecting appropriate technology solutions
The ability to think strategically, align digital initiatives with business goals, and drive positive outcomes
Experience in designing user-centric experience and solutions that enhances Zeo’s day in life and work
Experience in optimizing program management workflows and processes to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the tools
Demonstrated capability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement
