Business Operations Analyst

• Develop and maintain custom sales and expense tracking dashboards
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend action plans
• Implement tools and analytical measures for guidance to finance, operations, and senior management
• Manage Key Financial Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Track, monitor, and update sales opportunities across business units
• Coordinate revenue and backlog forecasting in collaboration with Finance
• Provide regular reports on key financial metrics, participate in Salesforce software training, and assist in developing Project Management work process documents

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce software is a plus
• available to be in office 3 days a week in Philadelphia, PA or Cambridge, MA
