Cella by Randstad Digital is partnering with a premier, global organization to identify a talented and results-driven Operations and Project Management Specialist. This search is for a key professional who will drive operational excellence, manage end-to-end projects, and oversee vital budget administration. We are seeking a confident team player with a strong willingness to learn and a proven ability to work flexibly within a process-driven environment. This role is a hybrid opportunity requiring you to be onsite at our client's downtown office 3 days per week. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the onboarding of vendors and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring strict compliance with corporate policies
  • Support budget management, reviews, vendor invoicing, Purchase Orders (POs), invoice processing, and financial reconciliations
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards using enterprise tools to track performance
  • Manage the existing business technology stack and ensure all system integrations function properly
  • Partner with sales, IT, finance, and other internal teams to align on strategic project plans and track implementation
  • Apply creative thinking and strategic problem-solving to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable efficiencies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in operations, finance, corporate administration, or project management
  • Proven ability to manage complex, end-to-end processes and program manage effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience with Salesforce and managing technology platform integrations
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic problem-solver who is highly adaptable, eager to learn, and focused on delivering impactful business results
