Job Description:

The Business Ops Analyst - Genomics focuses on cross-domain decision support and forward looking analysis in support of leadership priorities by performing complex analysis using modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 Years of Experience
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, including system, process and business analytics for problem solving, evaluation of initiatives, and effective organization of information
  • Strong project management skills and organizational skills
  • able to work both independently and collaboratively manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively within a team-based environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to prepare clear, well-structured presentations or materials that communicate complex concepts to varied audiences
  • Expert computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working with data sets, databases, or analytical tools
  • Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
