You will support the China Operations team in daily operational execution, focusing on LSP CADO and timecard monitoring, data analysis, and reporting. This role requires strong coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and timely operational support. Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and manage LSP CADO activities and ensure alignment with operational requirements
  • Perform timecard tracking and validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Support data analysis and reporting for China Operations, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Ops, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in administrative and operational tasks for the China Ops team as needed
  • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, or coordination roles
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI preferred)
  • Good understanding of operational processes and data management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams and regions
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
