Business Operations Administrator role within Scott & Co, a leading provider of debt recovery, enforcement and citation services, part of Marston Holdings Ltd, the UK’s largest judicial services group, providing integrated court order compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurate Cash Handling and Banking Processing
  • Monitor the quality of output, as per specified requirements and deadlines
  • Ensuring correspondences are issued correctly
  • Handling communications through emails and telephone calls across the business and to clients/customers
  • Creating, checking, and filling out documents, making sure they are accurate

Requirements

  • Experience within administration
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and email)
  • Excellent attention to detail
