Job Description:

This role involves supporting real-world supply chain projects in a high-tech environment, contributing to various tasks aligned with planning, sourcing, and delivery processes. It offers hands-on experience in supply chain operations, including order backlog analysis, import/export operations, and reporting, while fostering professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for supply chain processes, such as order backlog analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations, and shipping, for a regional or global business unit
produces reports using IT systems and analyses data to develop trends for supply and demand activities
articulates findings to management
analysis of backlog management
reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
may provide training or general direction for junior staff members

Requirements:

First level university degree or equivalent experience (Industrial Engineering / Business Administration)
typically, 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function
problem solving knowledge, data analysis, and reporting skills
strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across departments
demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver)
strong analytical and data modelling skills
strong written and verbal communication skills
mastery in English and local language
strong interpersonal and leadership skills
developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation
developing project management skills
