We are now seeking a Business Office Coordinator to join our team! The Business Office Coordinator is responsible for keeping accurate financial records for the community and coordinating the community business office in partnership with the General Manager.
Job Responsibility
First contact with residents, family members, and other employees visiting the business office, answering questions or concerns
Manage resident charges through our eMenu, and Square software programs
Handle petty cash transactions ensuring proper documentation and accountability of company funds
Assist in preparation of monthly resident invoicing, enveloping, and distributing in an accurate and timely manner
Process vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payments to vendors
Review vendor past due statements to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate accounts payable records
Ensure accurate maintenance of resident and employee files through timely and organized document management
Reviews payroll information for accuracy. Acts as liaison between department heads, General Manager and corporate office regarding payroll matters
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing and coordinating communications and documentation to ensure a seamless transition into our community
Requirements
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Must demonstrate the ability to manage frequent interruptions and shifting priorities while maintaining focus and efficiently returning to tasks
The ability to communicate well with persons who are aging or have dementia, family members, and all levels of management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.)
