The Business Navigator will play a crucial role in transforming IKEA operations by integrating data, processes, and technology. Responsibilities include business performance analysis, scenario planning, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Collaborate on prioritization and decision-making while contributing to IKEA's innovative range and product development processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a business performance framework
  • lead creation of strategic and tactical insights
  • embed performance management processes within a capability area
  • establish relevant measures, goals, and follow-up for the capability or function
  • identify opportunities and risks through scenario planning, modeling, risk assessments, and contingency planning
  • establish and manage a performance culture
  • analyze and create insights
  • influence and enable fact-based decision making
  • generate insights, recommendations, and scenarios for development of IKEA range.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of business performance tools such as Power BI
  • a blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and communication skills
  • expertise in stakeholder management and business partnering
  • post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • a minimum of 3 years' experience within Business Navigation, Business Steering or Finance in either a local or global organization
  • fluency in English, spoken and written
  • ideally knowledge of the IKEA Business model, strategic landscape, and ways of working with Range & Product development.

Nice to have:

  • Experience within retailing, franchising, or digital environments
  • knowledge of the IKEA Business model, strategic landscape, and ways of working with Range & Product development.
