Job Description:

The Business Navigator will play a crucial role in transforming IKEA operations by integrating data, processes, and technology. Responsibilities include business performance analysis, scenario planning, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Collaborate on prioritization and decision-making while contributing to IKEA's innovative range and product development processes.

Job Responsibility:

Develop a business performance framework
lead creation of strategic and tactical insights
embed performance management processes within a capability area
establish relevant measures, goals, and follow-up for the capability or function
identify opportunities and risks through scenario planning, modeling, risk assessments, and contingency planning
establish and manage a performance culture
analyze and create insights
influence and enable fact-based decision making
generate insights, recommendations, and scenarios for development of IKEA range.

Requirements:

Knowledge of business performance tools such as Power BI
a blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and communication skills
expertise in stakeholder management and business partnering
post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
a minimum of 3 years' experience within Business Navigation, Business Steering or Finance in either a local or global organization
fluency in English, spoken and written
ideally knowledge of the IKEA Business model, strategic landscape, and ways of working with Range & Product development.

Nice to have:

Experience within retailing, franchising, or digital environments
knowledge of the IKEA Business model, strategic landscape, and ways of working with Range & Product development.
