Job Description

Drive commercial and financial performance with a focus on retail pricing and data-driven decision-making. Be a pro-active, trustworthy business partner who takes a multi-dimensional view of the business, connecting the needs of customers and the organisation with a complete overview of the profit & loss, and understanding of the balance sheet and cash flow management. Job Responsibility

  • Provide country management with information, analysis and expert insight to support, challenge and steer the country towards growth, optimal performance and sustained long-term profitability
  • Provide accurate, timely and relevant business information and expertise to the necessary target groups
  • Partner with the units in their financial performance and be responsible for the subsequent country financial submission to global retail business navigation
  • Have a full overview of the P&L and take responsibility for specific lines of the country P&L
  • Contribute functional expertise to the country pricing process
  • Identify and actively pursue business opportunities
  • Work with appropriate partners to secure effective implementation of tools, processes and best practice
  • Carry out functional reviews and support the units in improving their functional review outcomes
  • Secure performance measurement and support to improve performance of major KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Business Navigation (commercial + financial), especially pricing
  • Strong understanding of IKEA business, strategy, and tools
  • Knowledge of analytics, data science, and new technologies
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Strong communication and influencing ability
  • Commercial acumen and cross-functional mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
