Job Responsibility:
Coach and lead managers in how to achieve growth and sustainable long-term profitability
Communicate the financial goals of IKEA Helsingborg and support by navigating to help close any discrepancies
Lead, drive and coordinate the financial business planning process
Secure that the financial dimensions are aligned with the store changes and priorities
Together with the commercial team identify commercial opportunities and promote the use of business case thinking
Have full understanding of the Profit & Loss for the store and steer actions to provide a store in shape as new
Follow up the result and create forecasts and (if needed) activate scenario plans
Contribute to a more efficient everyday life at IKEA Helsingborg through forecasting and analysis work
Look for opportunities for increased growth and profitability by collecting different types of information and comparisons from other IKEA markets
Ensure that all financial and operational processes are working excellently and that all laws and regulations are followed
Responsibility for budget, forecast and performance reporting based on IKEA's global annual cycle
Requirements:

Comfortable making decisions without all facts
Committed, inspiring and passionate about business and people
Strong personal leadership in line with IKEA values
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
Ability to create strong and trustful relationships
Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way
Previous experience from both leadership and background within finance
Preferably from retail and a larger organization
Realistic picture of the operational nature of the assignment
