As a Business Navigation Manager, you play a critical role in driving growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability of the business. You will act as a strategic business partner, connecting insights, data, and commercial priorities to guide decision-making across the organisation. This is a highly dynamic and influential role where you will navigate complexity, challenge the business, and drive transformation while leading and developing a high-performing team.

  • Partner closely with the Store Manager to shape and drive the Market Business Plan, aligned with IKEA direction and local opportunities
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
  • Drive performance follow-up, ensuring teams stay focused on goals and take action on deviations
  • Translate business strategies into clear financial insights and impactful decisions
  • Lead scenario planning to enable fast, data-driven responses in a changing environment
  • Analyse investments, costs, and business opportunities to ensure strong return on investment
  • Deliver actionable insights through reports, performance analysis, and collaboration with data teams

Requirements
