Job Description:

We are on a journey to transform IKEA’s operations, combining core business processes, people, data, and technology. This is a full-time role based in Älmhult, Sweden, reporting to the Business Navigation Manager. The focus is on business performance analysis, leadership in Range Operations, and developing frameworks to drive efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitating prioritization decisions through business performance analysis
leading implementation and development of Business Performance Framework
managing the range offer process
leading performance management at Range Operations
developing Range steering model
acting as a strategic business partner
assessing internal business performance
identifying opportunities, risks, and deviations
harmonizing and standardizing goal setting and performance cycles

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
equivalent combination of relevant training and work experience
minimum of five years' experience in a leader role within Finance, Business Navigation, or Business Steering in a local or global organization
expertise in stakeholder management and business partnering
thorough understanding of profit and loss statements and key performance measurements
ability to consistently meet budgets and goals while setting and implementing actionable plans

Nice to have:

Retail operations and franchising business models
financial modeling with forecasting and budgeting
process and product management
supply chain knowledge
