Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating prioritization decisions through insightful business performance analysis that highlights potential synergies and improvements. You will lead the implementation and development of the Business Performance Framework, acting as a strategic business partner for Processes Level 2-3, as well as Capabilities Areas and Business Functions. You partner with various steering mechanisms, including the Franchise Offer and strategic performance follow up, to drive performance excellence. Leading goal-setting process and the follow-up, you'll plan and manage budget frames for a 1-3 year horizon while collaborating with Finance to deliver effective financial frameworks and budgets. Your role will be paramount in assessing internal business performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and deviations that need attention, and charting the course for impactful next steps. Beyond strategic responsibilities, you will inspire and empower your partners to excel their performance, while growing understanding of business steering principles, planning tools and artifacts among your peers. You nurture performance culture and outcome mindset – enabling teams to make an impact within their responsibility and in IKEA Value Chain. With a clear direction, roadmap, and delivery plans, you'll ensure that your area of work thrives and contributes significantly to IKEA's journey.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a leader role within Finance, Business Navigation, or Business Steering in either a local or global organization
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and business partnering
  • Thorough understanding of profit and loss statements and key performance measurements
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet budgets and goals while setting and implementing actionable plans

Nice to have:

  • Experience ideally within retailing, franchising, or digital environments
  • Practical application skills in AI and automation within finance, performance, and analytics
  • Knowledge of retail operations and franchising business models, financial modelling with forecasting and budgeting, process and product management, omnichannel retailing, and the IKEA value chain
