We have an exciting opportunity to lead the APAC Business Marketing team. We’re seeking a leader who is a seasoned marketing executive, an independent & globally-minded leader for this varied region, who can inspire the team to achieve their highest potential. You will harness your experience, perspective and capabilities - in close partnership with key stakeholders such as Sales, Communications, Policy, Product, Creative and Media - to deliver exceptional business results. As a key member of the APAC leadership team you will work as part of the overall IM team, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners, peers and teams in EMEA and LATAM, and global Business Marketing partners to advance IM’s long term goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies and plans that unlock growth opportunities for Meta’s business solutions in APAC
  • Represent APAC in global workstreams, advocating for regional needs and driving key strategies on behalf of the region and the company
  • Drive roadmap development and lead the execution against goals across business marketing in the region, always focusing on the biggest opportunities
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders while independently representing the marketing perspective, acting as a valued partner
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing team. Foster an environment of innovation, continuous improvement and accountability
  • Serve as a marketing thought leader externally, and internally across the marketing teams at Meta. Model and inspire a founder mindset
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximize impact and efficiency e.g. Opex, Headcount
  • Drive operational excellence by fostering the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in all we do, driving productivity gains, simplifying processes and removing barriers, enabling teams to move fast

Requirements:

  • 15+ years experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional programs and teams
  • Proven experience in the APAC region, evidencing understanding of local market dynamics
  • Demonstrated track record in setting direction, building plans, and coaching teams for success
  • Demonstrated creativity, analytical rigour and marketing expertise
  • People management experience shaped by promoting inclusion and encouraging varied perspectives across the team
