Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Marketing Analyst to join our team in Riverwoods, Illinois. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing strategists and product leaders to optimize customer targeting and enhance performance across acquisition channels. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical expertise in shaping impactful marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with campaign managers and product teams to define objectives and establish performance metrics
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor benchmarks to support the development of strategic marketing initiatives
Monitor marketing funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and cost-effectiveness
Perform customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to refine targeting strategies
Work closely with data analysts to ensure data accuracy and reliability in all business reports
Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign effectiveness, including creative and channel selection
Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, marketing strategy, or product analytics
Expertise in A/B testing frameworks, campaign evaluation, and marketing development
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Adobe Analytics, and Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in data querying and analysis using tools such as SQL
Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling, utilizing tools like Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of CRM marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
