Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team at Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley, representing one of the world’s most respected premium motorcycle brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premium brand known for innovation, engineering excellence and a loyal customer base, within a supportive and high‑performing team environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Sales team by building and presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions following qualification
  • Ensure full compliance with all financial and insurance regulations
  • Deliver a professional, transparent and customer‑focused experience that reflects the BMW Motorrad brand
  • Support the delivery of the Group’s controlled ActiveSales process
  • Help drive departmental performance through daily sales activity and direct customer interaction
  • Support the sale of new and used BMW Motorrad motorcycles alongside a range of add‑on products including finance solutions, extended warranties, paint protection, GAP insurance and other insurance products
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and brand standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excel at relationship building
  • Possess excellent communication
  • Proven ability to use your own initiative
  • Full and valid UK Driving Licence
