Job Description:

Support all workforce and financial management activities for the global CTO Enablement team within HSBC's Chief Technology Office. CTO Enablement operates, maintains, and transforms the technology infrastructure used across the bank.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver an exceptional service to the CTO Enablement Executive Committee and their Hiring Managers
Maintain an accurate headcount plan/budget forecast
Contribute to the overall CTO Enablement financial plan/forecast
Lead the approval process for new headcount requests
Interface with external vendors to maintain existing relationships
Supporting design and delivery of strategic initiatives
Support transformational programmes and strategic initiatives
Produce regular management reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis and insights
Solve problems and remove blockers
Pro-actively and continually innovate and improve processes

Requirements:

Customer-first mindset
Senior stakeholder management skills
Solid Business Management knowledge
Proficiency in English
Data, reporting and presenting skills
Innovative thinking
