Job Description:

As a Business Manager at our brand-new Geely site, you’ll play a pivotal role in an exciting launch and join a forward-thinking automotive brand. This role includes a competitive basic salary of £35,000, an OTE of £50,000, and comprehensive perks designed to recognise and reward your success.

Job Responsibility:

Providing support to the sales team
Building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team
Supporting the department in the delivery of the Group's controlled ActiveSales process
Driving the performance of the department to achieve the agreed targets
Supporting management of daily actions and direct customer interaction
Serving and supporting sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work well under pressure
Excel at relationship building
Possess excellent negotiating skills
Proven ability to use your own initiative
Full and valid UK Driving Licence
