Job Description:

Drive growth in a rapidly developing market for the Toronto office. Develop and manage own client portfolio, build and lead team, and take full ownership of unit’s growth and profitability. Take on an entrepreneurial challenge in a stimulating, results-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

Expand network, develop business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants
Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, manage portfolio, develop relationships with key clients, and lead the full sales cycle for business unit
Recruitment and Team Management: Recruit top talents, mentor and manage team of consultants, ensure strong project delivery, identify and support team's development
Profit Center Management: Own revenue and profitability targets while ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable growth

Requirements:

Graduate degree (Master’s) in engineering or business/management
At least four years of experience in business development or technical management
Strong interest in industry trends and technological challenges, ideally with project management exposure
Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
Strong business acumen, rigor, and ability to engage multidisciplinary teams
Excel at building and maintaining trusted business relationships
