As a Business Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional sales performance and luxury client experiences. Taking full ownership of the ELEMIS store, you will drive growth across treatments and retail through strong leadership, strategic thinking, and meaningful relationship building.
Job Responsibility:
Own your business - take full accountability for overall store performance
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and actions to drive growth
Develop plans to increase footfall, retention, and average transaction value (ATV)
Lead and develop your team - inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and structured development plans
Foster a culture of continuous learning through training, coaching, and product education
Monitor engagement, motivation, and performance
Create effective rotas that balance business needs with development opportunities
