Job Responsibility:
Prospect and acquire new client
Identify their technical needs and propose tailor-made consulting solutions
Identify and recruit the best talents (engineers, IT consultants, etc.)
Support and manage your team of consultants throughout their assignments and career paths at Extia
Requirements:
Graduated from an engineering program with a business focus or a business school (Bachelor level)
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative
Fluent in Italian and English
Proactivity, curiosity, and drive
Entrepreneurial mindset
