Our MPO (Manpower Outsourcing) business unit partners with diverse clients to deliver high-quality operational workforce solutions. We are looking for a Business Manager who can drive business performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the MPO business review process by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and recommending improvement initiatives
  • Drive the strategic planning process for the business unit to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Evaluate and implement initiatives proposed by the holding company, coordinating with stakeholders for successful execution
  • Establish and facilitate structured one-on-one meetings with team members to encourage open communication, performance tracking, and professional growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, covering project status, performance metrics, and improvement areas
  • Organize and lead client meetings, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and smooth communication
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Provide weekly updates and collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives
  • Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of invoices to clients each month
  • Initiate and oversee the creation of PKS for projects, ensuring document completeness, compliance, and accuracy
  • Manage the contracting process for project workers, working closely with HR and Legal to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in business operations, account management, project management, or a similar role—preferably in outsourcing, staffing, HR services, or manpower-heavy industries
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations)
  • Familiarity with contracting, compliance processes, and project documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs
  • Ability to lead discussions, facilitate meetings, and present business reviews effectively
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and business analytics tools
  • Experience in MPO/outsource operations is a strong plus
