Our MPO (Manpower Outsourcing) business unit partners with diverse clients to deliver high-quality operational workforce solutions. We are looking for a Business Manager who can drive business performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
Job Responsibility
Lead and manage the MPO business review process by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and recommending improvement initiatives
Drive the strategic planning process for the business unit to ensure alignment with company objectives
Evaluate and implement initiatives proposed by the holding company, coordinating with stakeholders for successful execution
Establish and facilitate structured one-on-one meetings with team members to encourage open communication, performance tracking, and professional growth
Conduct regular business reviews with clients, covering project status, performance metrics, and improvement areas
Organize and lead client meetings, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and smooth communication
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Provide weekly updates and collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives
Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of invoices to clients each month
Initiate and oversee the creation of PKS for projects, ensuring document completeness, compliance, and accuracy
Manage the contracting process for project workers, working closely with HR and Legal to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in business operations, account management, project management, or a similar role—preferably in outsourcing, staffing, HR services, or manpower-heavy industries
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations)
Familiarity with contracting, compliance processes, and project documentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs
Ability to lead discussions, facilitate meetings, and present business reviews effectively
Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and business analytics tools
Experience in MPO/outsource operations is a strong plus
