Job Responsibility

  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Build and present deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team
  • Support the department in the delivery of the Group's controlled ActiveSales process
  • Drive the performance of the department to achieve the agreed targets
  • Support management of daily actions and direct customer interaction
  • Serve and support sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excel at relationship building
  • Possess excellent negotiating skills
  • Proven ability to use your own initiative
  • Full and valid UK Driving Licence

  • Drive business performance, supporting regional senior leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day business management, and leading strategic initiatives to enable growth, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of business readiness activities to minimise operational risks, maximise adoption, and ensure seamless transitions for the region.
