Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Finance division and will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
Job Responsibility:
Lead on-site the administration of all financial aspects of the property’s operation, and safeguarding the property’s assets and financial resources to ensure that all are utilized to maximize property profitability
Elevate financial reporting quality and analysis, act as business advisor and partner to Planning Committee, strengthen internal controls, and supervise selected day‑to‑day activities of the Finance office
Coordinate planning cycles (forecasts/budgets) and partner with Department and Division Heads on profitability initiatives
Ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed, in accordance with the Accounting & Finance Manual, USALI and all applicable/local regulations
Build, lead, coach, train, and develop a strong team

Requirements:
From three (3) to five (5) years of Senior Leadership experience in Hospitality Finance
Strong proficiency in month‑end close, financial statements, reconciliations, audits, and budgeting/forecasting
Solid team management experience
University degree – major in Accounting or Finance, Hospitality Management with concentration in Accounting and Finance preferred
Highest level of integrity and transparency
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills to work cross‑functionally, negotiate for resources and influence stakeholders
ability to gain acceptance of and commitment to plans and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare/deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings
