At Morson Edge, we’re continuing to evolve and grow our Corporate Functions division and are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Manager to lead and develop our Tech / SaaS Sales recruitment offering. Following our rebrand to Morson Edge late last year, we brought together a number of specialist businesses under one unified brand - creating a more collaborative, connected, and solution-focused approach for both our customers and teams. This evolution has strengthened cross-functional working, enhanced shared capability, and created greater opportunity across the wider Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a background in Tech recruitment - specifically within Tech and SaaS Sales markets - who is looking to build strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in developing a high-performing team.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and grow client relationships across the Tech, SaaS, FinTech, and Finance sectors
Deliver consultative, solution-led recruitment services for Tech and SaaS Sales roles across existing and new customers
Build and maintain strong candidate networks within Tech/SaaS Sales markets
Drive direct and indirect revenue performance against agreed targets
Identify opportunities for market growth and business expansion
Work collaboratively within the wider Corporate Functions team to maximise cross-functional opportunities
Demonstrate leadership capability and contribute to the development and growth of a successful team
Requirements:
Proven experience within Tech recruitment is essential
Background recruiting specifically within Tech and/or SaaS Sales markets
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving revenue targets
Skilled in client engagement, business development, and solution selling
Motivated by growth, leadership, and building high-performing teams
Confident operating in fast-paced and evolving markets
