Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our friendly and high-performing team at Vertu Ford Stafford! We are offering an industry leading remuneration package including Basic Salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000, a company car and a range of fantastic benefits. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a high volume of customer inquiries. It can also be a fantastic step-up opportunity for individuals who have held a senior sales executive position, particularly within a high-energy, target-driven setting.

Job Responsibility:

Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after they’ve been qualified by the sales team
Ensuring all financial and insurance information is shared in a clear, accurate, and compliant manner
Supporting daily sales activities and helping drive the team toward performance targets
Taking part in first and second-facing customer interactions
Collaborating with colleagues to offer vehicles (new or used) alongside a suite of add-on products including finance, warranty, paint protection, and insurance
Always aiming to deliver an outstanding, customer-focused experience

Requirements:

Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
Experienced in relationship-building and confident in negotiation
Able to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing), with a strong focus on customer needs
Proactive and able to work independently while also contributing to a team
Hold a full and valid UK driving licence
Previous experience in a business or sales management role
A strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
A genuine passion for customer service and a problem-solving mindset
