Job Responsibility:
Be the go-to person for the Chair and CEO, ensuring their priorities are met and their time is maximized
Lead and inspire our Executive Support Officers to deliver excellent diary management and admin support to the Executive Leadership Team
Coordinate high-profile meetings and corporate reports
Drive forward engagement plans and internal visibility for the Chair and CEO
Monitor progress on the Corporate Plan
Requirements:
Strategic thinker with exceptional planning and organizational skills
Proven experience in executive support management and working to tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for liaising with senior leaders and key stakeholders
Ability to produce high-quality reports and briefings
Tech-savvy with solid knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
