Job Description:

Business Manager role in Markets & Securities Services MENAT, working to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. Building the world's most powerful corporate and institutional bank, setting standards for international commerce and institutional partnership.

Job Responsibility:

Implement global and/or cross-regional operating model
Deliver new products as required by the business
Identify opportunities to enhance the business to meet customer needs
Ensure business meets revenue and cost targets
Develop relationships with key members of other Product groups
Drive technology development plans
Identify opportunities to improve business process and deliver efficiencies
Be responsible for Operational Risk governance and control
Establish necessary business reporting and intelligence
Be responsible for efficient day-to-day Trading business
Drive constructive cross-country and cross-business teamwork
Support business in analysis and implementation of Ad-hoc items

Requirements:

Degree in Finance and Capital Markets related areas
Knowledge of Global Markets Products
Experience in Global markets in Business Management, Operations, Product Control or Traded Risk
Treasury Related certifications (CTM, CTP etc.)
Ability to lead and influence various groups
Effective communication skills
Ability to represent Business Heads as an officer in charge
Effective and assured leadership skills
Understand market developments, business and client needs pre and post trade
Process thinker with ability to design efficient processes
Solutions oriented with strong sense of ownership
Flexible with good time management
Able to work autonomously
Able to investigate control failings and drive change
Graduation degree (for UAE Visa and Work Permit)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Global Markets Products
Experience in Global markets in Business Management, Operations, Product Control or Traded Risk
Treasury Related certifications (CTM, CTP etc.)
