• Graduated with a Master's degree in business or engineering
• Thriving in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals
• Structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
