Inspire and lead a high-performing Plan Management team. This full-time role, with the opportunity to be based in Bundaberg or Brisbane, is responsible for growing and managing the delivery of high-quality NDIS Plan Management services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that participants receive the necessary support to navigate the NDIS system, optimise their funding, and achieve their individual goals.
Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Plan Management team, driving high-quality service delivery and team performance
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of the team to ensure appropriate workforce capacity and productivity
Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to drive service improvement, growth, and retention
Ensure compliant, timely, and participant-centred service delivery aligned with NDIS guidelines and quality standards
Oversee financial management, including budgets, forecasts and risk management
Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, service providers, regulators, and external stakeholders
Develop and execute a national growth strategy focused on participant retention, acquisition, and market expansion
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the disability sector, particularly within NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination
Qualification in Business, Community or Health Services or related field
Demonstrated people management and leadership experience
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial processes
Excellent understanding of NDIS legislation, guidelines, and best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Commitment to upholding the rights of people with disabilities and promoting their inclusion and participation in the community
Ability and willingness to travel within Queensland and interstate as required
