Job Responsibility:
Play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team
Build and present deals to customers following qualification by the sales team
Support the department in delivering the Group’s controlled ActiveSales process and driving performance to achieve agreed targets
Manage daily actions
Engage directly with customers
Take ownership of both first‑ and second‑facing customer interactions
Work closely with sales colleagues to help them sell new and used vehicles, along with a range of add‑on products including finance, paint protection, warranty, and insurance
Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
A customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Build strong relationships
Negotiate confidently
Communicate exceptionally well
