We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team here at Vertu BMW York. We are offering a Basic Salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £55,000 plus company benefits. As our Business Manager you will be pivotal in providing support to the sales team. You will be responsible for building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team. It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations, to ensure accurate information is given. You will be supporting the department in the delivery of the Group's controlled ActiveSales process and to drive the performance of the department to achieve the agreed targets. This will involve supporting management of daily actions and direct customer interaction, with first and second facing customer activity at its heart. You will serve and support sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, excel at relationship building, negotiating skills, posses excellent communication, and have the proven ability to use your own initiative. You will also be required to have a full and valid UK Driving Licence. You also need to have: Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
