Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team here at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln. We are offering a Basic Salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000 plus company benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and presenting deals to customers following qualification from the sales team
  • Ensuring accurate information given on financial and insurance product regulations
  • Supporting the department in delivering the Group's controlled ActiveSales process
  • Driving department performance to achieve agreed targets
  • Managing daily actions and direct customer interaction
  • Serving and supporting sales colleagues to sell new and/or used vehicles with add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances
  • Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Relationship building skills
  • Negotiating skills
  • Proven ability to use own initiative
