We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as Business Manager, offering a unique blend of business development, client management and talent acquisition. As a Business Manager, you will play an end-to-end role from identifying and securing new clients to developing long-term partnerships and owning talent acquisition processes.
Job Responsibility:
Identify staffing and recruitment opportunities in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, CX, AI & Data
Prospect, qualify and build partnerships at target accounts, using a balanced approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking)
Establish yourself as a trusted market expert and a digital talent & staffing advisor
Elaborate tailored collaboration proposals
Negotiate, sell, and close deals that drive revenue
Take the lead in matching top talent with client needs
Oversee the processes from A to Z, guiding vacancy leads into vacancies and vacancies into placements
Guide and support candidates throughout their journey
Requirements:
A first solid experience in business development in the staffing, recruitment, or consulting industry
Keen interest in “all things digital” and in fostering customer-centric relationships
Passionate about prospection and consultative selling, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
Strong communicator, a natural relationship builder
Persistent, go-getter attitude, dedicated to achieving 'more-and-better' outcomes
Data-driven and critically evaluate performance
Strong emphasis on prioritization and adept time management
Always on the lookout for opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the team
Fluent in Dutch and English
Good level of French proficiency
