We are recruiting a Business Manager to lead an Industrial Solutions sales division for a global energy company. This role will focus on selling low-emissions power generation systems to the data center, microgrid, and distributed energy markets. This Business Manager will focus on driving sales, developing new market opportunities, and managing key customer and partner relationships across North America.
Job Responsibility:
Drive sales growth for a global energy company’s state-of-the-art turbine generator systems
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market opportunities across data centers, microgrids, distributed energy, oil & gas, logistics hubs, EV charging depots, and other high-power applications
Build relationships with channel partners, integrators, hyperscalers, and key infrastructure customers
Manage complex sales cycles for large equipment deals, promoting the full portfolio including turbine generator systems, aftermarket services, warranties, and future product offerings
Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and leadership teams to align customer requirements with product development
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical events
Requirements:
7+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, microgrids, data centers, or related markets
